The First "Drop"

We currently make all the sauce by hand, ourselves.

We added food-handler's permits to our software certifications!

We don't have the equipment to vacuum seal the bottles so they're shelf-stable / refrigerate after opening, so we're working with a large manufacturer to be able to take that next step. Then we'll ship nationwide and partner with some local grocery stores and restaurants.

Until then, we're doing what we call "drops" where we pre-sell the sauce leading up to a drop date, and then have customers meet us at a predetermined location to pick up their sauce.

It's kind of a pain, but also kind of fun "dealing" the sauce to early fans. We love your support!

Our first drop in Lehi was at a park-n-ride just off the freeway, with a Highway Patrol officer giving us the eye as our pirate flag furled in the wind above our truck, and we handed out small bottles of a suspicious substance to various cars that pulled up.

We're working on getting the mass manufacturing and shipping capability set up, but in the meantime Sauce Claus will bring the sauce to the people in his GMC "sled", pirate flag waving in the wind!
